Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid Virginia SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred, though not mandatory
- Familiarity with K-12 populations and a genuine passion for student development
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to work with a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to a caseload spanning grades K-12
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and state guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
