Schedule: Full-Time | Office + Field Work
Location: Aurora, CO
Pay Range: $46/hr to $51/hr depending on experience

Position Overview
The HVAC Project Manager is responsible for overseeing HVAC installation and retrofit projects from kickoff through completion. This role requires someone who can manage timelines, coordinate field teams, communicate effectively with customers and vendors, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC installation and retrofit projects from start to finish
- Coordinate schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials to keep projects on track
- Communicate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project budgets, labor hours, and timelines
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
- Resolve project issues quickly and professionally
- Review project documentation, change orders, and job progress updates
- Support field teams by helping remove roadblocks and improve efficiency
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project process
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of HVAC project management experience
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and project coordination
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience reading plans, specifications, and project documentation
- Leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining positive working relationships
- Comfortable working in both office and field environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
