Service Manager – Crawl Space Clean & Insulation

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and schedule service crews for crawl space cleaning, insulation, rodent proofing, and water remediation projects
- Lead by example—coaching, training, and motivating team members
- Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Communicate with customers to provide excellent service and resolve any concerns
- Oversee job site safety, equipment, and inventory
- Work closely with ownership to improve processes and support company growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in construction, home services, or field operations leadership (preferred, but not required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
