WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
→ Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent graduate (within 12 months)
→ Genuine interest in financial services or mission-driven organizations
→ Strong communicator who asks good questions and follows through
→ No prior finance experience required — we'll teach you what you need to know
