DIVE INTO YOUR DAY AS OUR CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR
This position works a full-time Monday through Friday schedule at our office between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM.
As our Customer Care Coordinator, you'll be the first voice our customers hear and the key to ensuring their journey with us starts strong and stays smooth. You'll handle incoming calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and warmth, conduct customer intake, and coordinate closely with the Service Manager and technicians. With your keen eye on the schedule, you'll ensure jobs stay on track, follow up on open leads, and update Housecall Pro to keep everyone in the loop. You'll support both the office and field teams, send out estimates, schedule appointments, and keep customers informed and prepared. Whether you're monitoring GPS routes to optimize technician dispatch or assisting with special projects from the Office Manager, your attention to detail and passion for service will make every day flow seamlessly.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to effectively interact with team members, vendors, and management
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- A passion for customer service and a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Valid driver's license
