At The Club at Rolling Hills, you won't just be fixing things, you'll be helping maintain one of the premier private clubs in the Denver Metro area, set against the stunning backdrop of South Table Mountain. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician / Carpenter.

The Club at Rolling Hills is nestled into South Table Mountain in Golden, Colorado. Our wonderful facilities and beautiful front range location make the Club one of the premier private Clubs in the Denver Metro area. While the setting is outstanding, the pride and joy of our Club is our membership and staff. The membership has invested in the facilities at Rolling Hills with recent updates to our Tennis Facility, a new on-course Comfort Station, and a recently completed bunker renovation to our golf course. In 2010, the members completed construction of our Clubhouse, and our team has kept the Facility in great shape. As we are a private club, and face time with and among members is common, the right candidate must maintain a cheerful attitude and always present themselves in a professional manner.

We're a close-knit team that takes real pride in our facilities, and we're looking for a skilled carpenter and maintenance professional who shares that same pride. What You'll Be Doing

Your days will be varied and hands-on. You'll be the person members and staff count on to keep our beautiful facility in top shape:

• Repair and maintain doors, cabinets, furniture, shelving, trim, molding, and finish carpentry throughout the club

• Install and repair baseboards, drywall, paneling, ceilings, and other interior finishes

• Adjust and repair locks, hinges, and door hardware

• Build and install cabinetry, counters, shelving, and custom storage solutions

• Inspect carpentry and structural components and perform preventative maintenance

• Respond to work orders promptly and keep supervisors informed on project timelines

• Collaborate with fellow facilities staff, contractors, and other trades on larger projects

• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and ensure all work meets building codes and club standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry, building maintenance, or facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge of drywall repair, door hardware, cabinetry, and finish carpentry techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Basic understanding of building systems and construction methods.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work on ladders or lifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial or hospitality building maintenance.
• Knowledge of ADA accessibility requirements for doors and facility access.
• Multi-trade skills such as painting, minor electrical, or plumbing repairs.
