Job Summary & Deliverables
The Recruiter I manages administrative processes for the sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding of new hires. The Recruiter I also provides timely, accurate, and friendly service to candidates and ensures a high-quality recruitment and onboarding experience.
- Manages all job offer processes. Reviews job offer requests, prepares pay calculations, performs application screens, verifies education and qualifications, and presents offers to selected candidates.
- Manages all preboarding processes. Launches and monitors preboarding requirements, maintains communication, responds to questions, problem-solves issues, and ensures that timelines are met.
- Processes job requisitions and prepares and updates job postings for internal and external job boards
- Maintains Recruitment and Preboarding trackers; provides continuous communication to HR and hiring manager teams
- Manages internal mobility processes, including offers, verifications, and data entry
- Maintains and reports position management and other recruitment metrics
- Inputs data and documents into the HRIS system and ensures a high level of accuracy
- Monitors shared email and voicemail accounts and ensures timely responses
- Provides administrative support to the Recruiting team as assigned
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative, recruiting, or HR experience preferred
