Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in coordinating towing and roadside service requests, communicating with customers and drivers, and helping ensure efficient operations. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in being dependable and accountable.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming service requests from customers and partners.
- Dispatch drivers efficiently using company software and communication systems.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, drivers, and team members.
- Monitor service progress and provide timely updates.
- Accurately enter and update information in dispatching and tracking systems.
- Assist with scheduling, routing, and operational support as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism during both routine and high-pressure situations.

Working Hours:
- Must be available to work a rotating schedule of four (4) consecutive days on followed by four (4) consecutive days off. This schedule includes weekends and holidays, as required.
- Work hours are from 6PM to 6AM
