Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role offers the potential for substantial earnings, with an OTE of 200k or more, making it ideal for a motivated sales professional looking to excel in the roofing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in the residential and commercial roofing market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct thorough sales presentations and site evaluations to effectively demonstrate product offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction during the roofing process.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in the roofing industry is highly desirable, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote sales environment.
• Knowledge of GAF products and roofing systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with home construction, custom homes, and single-family houses is advantageous.
