EōS Fitness is looking for a Director of Talent Operations (Human Resources) to support our field and HQ teams in TX, FL & UT. Responsibilities include driving 360 support of people strategies through local Talent Managers and alongside Field Leadership. Reporting directly to our Vice President of Talent Strategy, this Director will have a primary focus on the field teams and is able to flex to a support partner for our Texas Headquarters department leaders and team members. This role will be a key player in supporting the maintenance, stability and evolution of our people practices during continued rapid company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support, lead and resolve complex employee relations matters; provide expertise and guidance in investigations, documentation, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure policies and practices are compliant, up to date, and consistently applied.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at all levels and review policies to maintain adherence and accuracy.
  • Support compliance with regulatory agencies ie. OSHA logs, EEO reporting, I-9/e Verify etc.
  • Manages, leads and develops a remote HR team of 3 Regional Talent Managers and 1 coordinator, ensuring field leaders are supported through strategic partnerships.
  • Will have a “hands on” approach, with a strong sense of urgency to address issues and support the business.
  • Lead and oversee HR projects such as process improvements, tools and policy changes.
  • Proficient in utilizing HR tech systems (HRIS, streamline operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Strategic and innovative while addressing immediate issues and adapts plans based on feedback.
  • Create, analyze and provide HR metrics through accurate reporting to assess the effectiveness of HR programs, identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities, and make recommendations based on results.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years' experience in People Operations/Human Resources, at a Generalist level or higher.
  • 1-3 years in a HR leadership position, overseeing a remote team strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and multi state employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Huge plus if you have expertise in any of all of the states that we operate in (AZ, NV, UT, TX, FL, CA, GA coming soon!)
  • Strong knowledge of HR tech systems including but not limited to HRIS, Compliance, Benefits, Employee Relations, Investigations. Knowledge of, or experience with ADP WFN, ADP RM, Greenhouse, Sterling/First Advantage, Bridge LMS, ZenDesk, Smartsheet, a plus.
  • Strong time management, project management and operations skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage on time delivery of work.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and influencing skills, both verbally and in writing, and shares information proactively at all levels.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.
  • This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days in our Addison/Dallas, TX office.

Compensation:

Pay Range $125K + Bonus
