Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours weekly (flexibility for 42/48 hours if preferred)
- 16-week contract
- Rotating shifts
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Valid RN license and eligibility to practice
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Medical-Surgical Oncology RN
- Current Chemotherapy Certification required
- Telemetry monitoring capability
- Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced, diverse clinical settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert care and assessment for oncology patients in a Med-Surg environment
- Administer chemotherapy, monitor for side effects, and ensure patient safety
- Collaborate collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans
- Utilize telemetry for patient monitoring as appropriate
- Educate patients and families on treatment protocols, post-care, and support resources
