Summary

As a Charge Nurse at Community Health Services Campus, you will play a vital role in overseeing patient care and ensuring high standards of clinical practice. This position is essential for maintaining the quality of care provided to our residents, making a significant impact on their health and well-being.

2pm - 10pm Hours Open

Base Wage (without shift differentials): $36.46 - $40.46/hr (RN) and $29.35 - $32.15/hr (LPN)

+ 2nd shift differential: $5.30/hour

+ Weekend shift differential: $4.75/hour

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Ensure accurate medical documentation and maintain patient records.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
