Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You’ll play an essential role in helping learners overcome barriers and succeed academically by providing expert evaluation, therapy, and teamwork within a dynamic school environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
  • Deliver high-quality direct and indirect speech-language therapy services tailored to each student
  • Keep detailed documentation, progress notes, and compliance records up-to-date
  • Play an active role in IEP meetings, offering insight and strategies as a trustworthy team member
  • Collaborate daily with teachers, administrators, occupational therapists, psychologists, and family members to promote positive student outcomes
  • Consult and provide classroom recommendations to enhance students’ communication and academic progress
  • Adjust interventions proactively to ensure the best possible growth and success for students

Ideal Background:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active Georgia SLP license and/or appropriate educator certification
  • CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred—but Clinical Fellows are warmly welcomed to apply!
  • Prior experience in school-based settings preferred; pediatric experience also valued
  • Outstanding communication, organization, and teamwork skills
