What You'll Do:
- Responsible for booking calls on the board. Outbound from our database for the best calls first until we're too busy with inbound calls.
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and care
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with our field team
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable support to customers before, during, and after service
- Maintain accurate records in our customer management system
- Help resolve customer concerns and ensure every customer interaction ends on a positive note
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or dispatching role (HVAC or trades industry preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- A calm, friendly demeanor-even under pressure
- A team-first mindset and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
