Job DescriptionConstruction Technician – Denver Metro (Pay: $20–$25/hr)Position Overview
The Construction Technician supports field operations across dirt work, pipework, erosion control, and installation of various site features. This role combines hands‑on labor with opportunities to assist equipment operators, complete grading tasks, and handle punch‑list items such as reseeding, installing park amenities, replacing concrete, and performing touch‑up painting. Work takes place outdoors on infrastructure, park, athletic field, and river‑related projects.
Responsibilities
- Dirt work including excavation support, grading assistance, and site prep
- Pipework — assisting operators with installation and alignment
- Erosion control — installing silt fence, wattles, and stabilization materials
- Maintenance and installation of miscellaneous site items
- Punch‑list tasks such as reseeding, placing park benches, and minor repairs
- Concrete replacement and touch‑up painting
- Collaborate with operators to set boulders, rocks, and grade
- Support general contracting tasks across infrastructure, athletic fields, and river projects
Essential Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in erosion control, utilities, earthwork, or landscaping
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, including boulders and heavy materials
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication and willingness to learn new tasks

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
