Job Summary
As a Residential Plumbing Service Technician, you will handle service calls in homes—diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and installing new fixtures and systems. You will be expected to build trust with customers while clearly communicating the solutions. Your goal is to ensure the job is done right the first time and leave the customer with peace of mind. This position involves no high-pressure sales; our focus is always the customer’s needs and providing exceptional service above all else.
Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances.

Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues with precision and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards.

Respond to emergency plumbing calls during scheduled on-call shifts.

Provide exceptional customer service on every job site.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a plumber (licensed or apprentice).

Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, tools, equipment, and materials.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
