Seeking a Carpenter or Lead Carpenter for a direct hire opportunity&nbsp; in Madison, WI.

Salary starts at $25 - $35/h hourly depending on experience
Responsibilities for Carpenter or Lead Carpenter:
<ul>
<li>New construction framing and finish work</li>
<li>Listen and think critically, take direction and feedback from Superintendent, and communicate effectively.</li>
<li>Participate and contribute to following the construction schedule/project timeline.</li>
<li>Assist the Superintendent in creating a safe and productive job site. </li>
<li>Track your work progress and regularly compare it to the construction timeline.</li>
<li>Lead by example; team building, communication, listening, and creative problem-solving.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications for Carpenter or Lead Carpenter:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>3 plus years of Commercial or Residential carpentry experience required</li>
<li>Perform physical labor as directed by Superintendent</li>
<li>Work outdoors in all weather conditions</li>
<li>Experienced in Finished Carpentry and Framing, and work desired.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
</ul>
