Job Title: Multi-Site Physical Therapy Clinic Director

Location: Monmouth County, NJ


Position Summary:

The Multi-Site Physical Therapy Clinic Director is a key leadership role responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational efficiency, and clinical performance of multiple physical therapy clinics. This individual will be a visionary leader, a skilled manager, and an excellent clinician who can inspire and guide a team of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and support staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in clinic management, a strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for all assigned clinics, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient volume, revenue, and expenses to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage clinic budgets, including forecasting, expense control, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as payer requirements.
  • Clinical Leadership & Quality Assurance:
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for clinical staff, promoting best practices and continuous professional development.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services across all sites.
  • Conduct regular clinical audits and peer reviews to maintain and improve clinical standards.
  • Address and resolve patient and staff concerns, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.
  • Stay current with industry trends, research, and advancements in physical therapy.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new clinic staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop individual growth plans for staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting communication and teamwork among all sites.
  • Manage staff schedules and workloads to ensure adequate coverage and work-life balance.
  • Strategic Planning & Growth:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand clinic services, increase patient referrals, and grow market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the community.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to promote clinic services and brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.


Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current and active physical therapy license in the state of NJ
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with multi-site experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and drive profitability.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
