Job Title: Program Manager, Global Engagement

Pay: $38 to $48 per hour (depending on experience)
Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule, Monday through Friday, standard business hours with occasional flexibility to support international time zones

Addison Group is partnering with our client, a globally recognized membership based organization, to hire a Program Manager supporting international engagement initiatives. This role will serve as a key liaison to global chapters, supporting governance, programming, and member engagement across multiple regions. The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience, comfort working with international stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
Job Description:
The Program Manager, Global Engagement will support international chapter operations and global member engagement efforts. This individual will coordinate chapter activities, assist with governance and compliance processes, support volunteer leadership, and help plan both virtual and in person programming. The role requires strong organizational skills, cross functional collaboration, and experience working with diverse global audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support international chapters through formation, onboarding, and ongoing operational guidance
- Coordinate annual reporting cycles, elections, and governance related requirements
- Maintain accurate records within membership or CRM systems and prepare status updates
- Serve as a point of contact for chapter leaders across multiple regions and time zones
- Develop and deliver virtual trainings, onboarding sessions, and informational resources
- Track engagement metrics and prepare summaries with recommendations for leadership
- Assist with grant or funding processes, including application tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to connect chapters with programs and services
- Provide logistical and administrative support for volunteer committees and leadership groups
- Coordinate meeting scheduling, agendas, and follow up documentation
- Support planning and execution of international leadership events and trainings
- Assist with travel coordination, event logistics, and onsite support when required
- Monitor program budgets and support financial tracking as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, international studies, communications, or related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience in member engagement, program coordination, volunteer management, or similar role
- Experience supporting international stakeholders or global programs strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM or membership databases such as Salesforce, iMIS, or similar platforms
- Proficiency with virtual meeting tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
- Comfortable working across time zones and supporting global audiences
