POSITION DETAILS
Qualifications
- Maryland State or Multi-State LPN/RN nursing license (active, unencumbered)
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF APPLIED LPN OR RN EXPERIENCE
- Reliable transportation within Prince George's County and the surrounding areas.
- Current CPR/BLS
- Current negative TB
Schedule
- Full-time – 30 to 40 hours a week (7am-3pm or 8am-4pm; specific hours may vary)
- Part-time – 15 to 29 hours a week (8am-12pm; specific hours may vary)
- All Positions Are On Standby – PRN start upon hire; Part-time/Full-time start immediately upon a posted vacancy or at the next available school year start date.

Clinical & Physical Capabilities
- Safe medication administration and care-plan documentation
- Comfort with: Seizure precautions, G-/MIC-KEY-tubes, tracheostomy care, diabetes management, straight/Foley catheterization (All topics are reviewed in mandatory training led by the RoHealth Clinical Supervisor regardless of prior experience.)
- Prolonged standing; repositioning; ambulation support
- Lifting up to 60 lbs
- Working around young children (play, standing, sitting); assisting with daily routines
