About Achievement Behavior Services (ABS):
Founded in 2015 by a team of dedicated BCBAs and LCSWs, ABS has proudly supported children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families for over a decade. We provide direct, in-home and in-school ABA therapy designed to help children build communication, adaptability, resilience, and independence.

Role Overview

As a Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist), you’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. Under the guidance of a BCBA, you’ll implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to support student progress in communication, social skills, and daily functioning.

  • 5 y/o Male – Mon–Fri 5:00–7:00 PM + Sat & Sun 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

  • 7 y/o Male – Then: Mon–Fri, 3:00–5:00 PM

  • 4 y/o Male – Mon–Fri, 3:30–5:30 PM or Mon–Thu, 3:00–5:30 PM
