ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2019 and is a team of four full-time members who value hard work, family, and enjoying what we do. I always knew I wanted to be a business owner, and after being recruited by State Farm, I saw the opportunity to build something meaningful while helping families protect their future.

I graduated from Clemson University with a bachelors degree in Management. My wife and I have two kids, and were a very active family. We spend a lot of time at Clemson sporting events, supporting our daughter in travel ball, and taking family vacations whenever we can. Family time is important to us, and that perspective shapes the way I lead the office.

I stay involved in the community through the Clemson Chamber, Clemson Rotary Club, and First Baptist Church of Clemson. Being connected locally matters to me and to our agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Gene Dukes - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
