Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a middle school located in O'Fallon, MO, for the current school year contract from ASAP through June 3, 2026. This role requires a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive speech and language services to approximately 45 students, including 5 students using AAC devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language pathology services to students across a middle school caseload.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans to meet student communication needs.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress.
  • Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies for students as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Missouri state license to practice as an SLP.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in middle school settings.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students, including AAC device users.

Location: OFallon, Missouri
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Full-time
Contract Duration: Current School Year (CSY), ending June 3, 2026
On-site position (not open to virtual work)
