Residential Plumbing Field Service Expert
Job Description
Job DescriptionOwn the Kitchen Table Conversation — Residential Plumbing Field Service Expert (Union, NJ)
Are you the tech a homeowner trusts on the first visit — and asks for by name the next time? Picture this: you arrive in your take-home truck, greet the customer, listen closely, and pinpoint the real issue. You explain the options — repair vs. replace, financing choices, and a service agreement that prevents future surprises. You complete the job right the first time, update ServiceTitan on your iPad, and head to the next call. That’s impact.
