What You’ll Do
- Answer phones and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Enter data and manage invoicing in QuickBooks
- Assist with scheduling and general admin tasks
- Organize job files, documents, and records
- Run light errands and document drop-offs
- Support estimates, bids, and purchase orders
What We’re Looking For
- Prior office experience (construction experience is a plus)
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently
