Job Details
- Lead and maintain SQF, HACCP, and GMP systems
- Design and enforce QA protocols, audits, and improvement plans
- Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, and CAPAs
- Supervise QA team, train staff, and manage food safety programs
- Develop reporting, documentation, and compliance dashboards
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years in QA roles within manufacturing (packaging/food preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- Certified in SQF and HACCP
- Bilingual: English & Spanish
- Proven success in audits, systems design, and team leadership
