Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and licensed Master Plumber to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can lead crews, manage projects, and ensure all work complies with Colorado codes and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee plumbing projects from planning through completion.
- Supervise and mentor journeyman and apprentice plumbers.
- Interpret blueprints and building specifications for plumbing layouts.
- Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems.
- Ensure compliance with state, local, and city codes (including Denver).
- Conduct system testing and inspections.
- Provide accurate project estimates and manage schedules.
- Maintain safety standards on job sites.
✅ Qualifications
- Active Colorado Master Plumber License (required).
- 5+ years experience as a licensed Master Plumber.
- Strong knowledge of state and local plumbing codes.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to supervise teams and coordinate with contractors and inspectors.
- Preferred certifications:
- Backflow Prevention Tester (ASSE 5110/5111)
- Medical Gas Installer (ASSE 6010)
- OSHA 10/30 Certification
- EPA Lead-Safe Certification
- Backflow Prevention Tester (ASSE 5110/5111)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Salary based off of experience, certifications and expected performance. Commission bonuses are available based on performance
