ABOUT TRUPARTNER CREDIT UNION
Our organization was founded in 1937 by Louise McCarren Herring, who was a pioneer in the credit union industry, having started over 500 credit unions in her lifetime. Louise's goal was to help each person attain their personal economic goals. TruPartner has always believed in this philosophy of "people helping people". Now, we are leaders in the financial industry. We offer numerous products for our members to help them save money for the future as well as various lending options for their short and long-term needs. Our savings products pay dividends and our loan rates are very competitive with the market. Most of all, we love to give top-notch service to our 17,000+ member-owners.
TruPartner is filled with friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and educated staff that offers a team-oriented and collaborative environment for everyone to succeed!
Why You'll Love It Here
We're a credit union - which means we're a little different from your typical financial institution, in the best way. Our members are also our owners, and that changes everything about how we operate. There are no shareholders demanding higher fees or bigger margins. Every dollar we make goes back into better rates, better services, and a better experience for the people who trust us with their financial lives.
Our team members say it best: this is a place where your work genuinely matters. You'll work alongside people who care about doing things right, who support each other, and who take pride in serving the Cincinnati community with integrity.
Our Core Values: CREDIT
Everything we do is guided by six values that define who we are and how we show up - for our members and for each other.
C - Collaboration
We succeed together. This role sits at the intersection of lending, servicing, and member protection - and great teamwork is what makes it work.
R - Respectful
Every member, every colleague, every interaction deserves care and professionalism. We treat people the way we'd want to be treated.
E - Exceeding Expectations
Good enough isn't in our vocabulary. We hold ourselves to a higher standard - especially when it comes to accuracy and service.
D - Driven
We're motivated by purpose. Our team takes initiative, follows through, and takes pride in doing the work right.
I - Inclusive
We celebrate different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. Everyone belongs here.
T - Trustworthy
Our members trust us with their financial lives. We earn that trust every day through integrity, transparency, and consistency.
Ready to make a difference? We'd love to meet you.
