Are you highly organized, detail-driven, and someone who gets things done? Our busy chiropractic practice is seeking a reliable Insurance Authorization & Billing Specialist to handle precertifications, authorizations, and insurance follow-up. If you have billing experience and the determination to see tasks through to completion, we’ll provide the training and tools you need to succeed—including AI platforms that make the job faster and more efficient.
What You’ll Do
- Manage precertifications and insurance authorizations for chiropractic care and related services (training provided).
- Track and follow through on all requests—making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Assist with appeals and denials, learning how to build strong cases with our guidance.
- Collaborate with providers, billing staff, and patients to ensure accurate records and timely approvals.
- Keep organized documentation and help maintain healthy A/R.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in medical billing, authorizations, or related healthcare admin work.
- A reputation as a task-finisher—you stay on top of details until the job is done.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort using technology (we’ll train you on insurance portals and AI tools).
- A willingness to learn and grow into a true insurance authorization specialist.
