We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions across the organization. This role is hands-on and strategic—owning compliance, employee relations, recruiting, and performance management from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws

Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures

Oversee performance management, evaluations, and corrective action

Manage benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS systems

Advise leadership on workforce planning and organizational strategy

Handle investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations professionally and legally

Obtain talent by assisting with recruiting
Qualifications
-
5+ years of progressive HR experience (Manager or Senior Generalist level)

Strong working knowledge of employment law and compliance

Experience handling employee relations and conflict resolution

Proven ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Excellent communication and documentation skills

HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred, not required
