We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our customer service team, that will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering incoming calls and emails, entering and shipping orders, and maintaining accurate records. All tasks are to be performed on site at our office.

The ideal candidate would have strong verbal and written communication skills, a history of providing exceptional customer service, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing customer information and completing administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls, directing calls, & taking orders
  • Email correspondence
  • Greeting office visitors such as clients or vendors
  • Order entry & processing
  • Light shipping & receiving
  • Customer onboarding & account information updates
  • Email blasts
  • Gathering of information, record keeping, and logging customer communications
  • Maintaining & updating files & records
  • Maintaining inventory of supplies & supply needs
  • Tracking & analysis reports using Excel

Schedule:

  • Tuesday thru Friday: 8am - 5pm, 30-minute lunch
  • 34-hour work week
  • Fully On-Site

Pay & Benefits:

  • $18-20 per hour based on prior experience
