Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure (or eligibility) for practice as an SLP
- Experience in school-based settings, delivering speech and language services to K-12 students
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
- Effective collaboration skills with educators, administrators, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students for communication disorders, administer assessments, and interpret results
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with school and state requirements
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
- Communicate progress and recommendations clearly to parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and data to support student outcomes
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment that empowers every learner
