Mar J Medical Supply Inc., a growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider, is seeking a reliable and motivated Driver / DME Delivery & Service Technician to join our team. This role focuses on medical equipment delivery, setup, service, and customer support for patients and facilities throughout the local service area.
This position is based out of our warehouse and involves daily field work delivering to homes and healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver, set up, retrieve, and service medical equipment in private homes and medical facilities
- Safely load, transport, and unload medical equipment and supplies
- Maintain, clean, and inspect equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Complete delivery documentation and paperwork accurately
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and care
- Communicate effectively with office staff regarding deliveries and service needs
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift and handle heavy medical equipment
- Basic knowledge of medical equipment usage and maintenance (preferred, not required)
- Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Home daily
- Local/regional routes only
- Occasional overtime as needed
