Position: Client Services Coordinator (Remote)
A strategic tax and accounting advisory firm with over 17 years of experience is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support its growing team. The firm specializes in tax planning, preparation, resolution, entity formation, monthly accounting, payroll, and advisory services.
This is an entry-to-mid-level remote position, ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about providing high-level administrative and client-facing support. The role focuses on enhancing the client experience through proactive communication, operational support, and efficient coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate client onboarding and offboarding processes, including welcome materials, emails, and checklists

Track and manage important client milestones such as anniversaries, birthdays, and gifting schedules

Maintain and update client records using CRM and project management tools

Monitor shared inboxes and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Assist with scheduling and calendar management across multiple time zones

Prepare internal documentation, client summaries, and template materials

Create and enhance presentations and slide decks using Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Canva

Oversee client gift fulfillment and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery

Collaborate with operations and client services teams to support ongoing client workflows
Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or client support role

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Google Workspace and remote collaboration tools

Familiarity with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay proactive

Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems is a plus
