Position: Client Services Coordinator (Remote)

A strategic tax and accounting advisory firm with over 17 years of experience is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support its growing team. The firm specializes in tax planning, preparation, resolution, entity formation, monthly accounting, payroll, and advisory services.

This is an entry-to-mid-level remote position, ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about providing high-level administrative and client-facing support. The role focuses on enhancing the client experience through proactive communication, operational support, and efficient coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client onboarding and offboarding processes, including welcome materials, emails, and checklists

  • Track and manage important client milestones such as anniversaries, birthdays, and gifting schedules

  • Maintain and update client records using CRM and project management tools

  • Monitor shared inboxes and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner

  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management across multiple time zones

  • Prepare internal documentation, client summaries, and template materials

  • Create and enhance presentations and slide decks using Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Canva

  • Oversee client gift fulfillment and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery

  • Collaborate with operations and client services teams to support ongoing client workflows

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or client support role

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Google Workspace and remote collaboration tools

  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay proactive

  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems is a plus

Education & Experience
