Job DescriptionPosition Summary:

The Administrative Permit Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting construction projects by managing the permitting process from start to finish. This position ensures that all necessary permits are obtained in a timely manner, maintains accurate records, and communicates effectively with municipalities, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Permit Management:
    • Prepare and submit permit applications to local, state, and federal agencies.
    • Track the status of permit applications and follow up to ensure timely approvals.
    • Maintain a comprehensive database of all permits, including expiration dates and renewal requirements.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
    • Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory requirements and company standards.
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to gather necessary documentation.
    • Review plans and applications for completeness and accuracy before submission.
  • Communication & Coordination:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and permitting authorities.
    • Liaise with city officials, inspectors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues or expedite approvals.
    • Provide regular updates to project teams regarding permit status and potential delays.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Organize and maintain digital and physical files related to permitting.
    • Assist with scheduling inspections and coordinating with field teams.
    • Prepare reports and summaries for management on permitting activities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
