Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make an immediate impact supporting students’ communication growth with flexible contract opportunities as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. These positions offer part-time roles for four onsite SLPs, and are open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFs). Assignments are set to begin August 25, 2026, with students starting September 8, 2026, continuing through June 10, 2027.
With flexible full-time equivalent (FTE) splits across multiple school sites, these roles allow you to work across diverse settings—including Northdale MS (0.4 FTE), Hamilton ES (0.5 FTE), Mississippi ES (0.7 FTE), and Rum River (0.3 FTE). You’ll enjoy variety in your caseload and the chance to develop strong relationships with staff and students in each community. The schedule follows typical school hours, Monday through Friday, for up to 37.5 hours per week.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
- Current Minnesota SLP license (dual certification required—PDF copy must be submitted with your resume)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFs are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in school settings desirable, though strong new graduates will be considered
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students across K–12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and intervention teams
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with IEP requirements
- Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and administrators
