Qualifications:
- Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with K-12 students, demonstrating effective assessment and intervention techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and administrative staff.
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students to determine their needs and eligibility for services.
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students emotional and psychological well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a conducive learning environment tailored to students mental health.
- Develop and implement IEPs, ensuring appropriate strategies and interventions are in place.
- Serve as a resource for parents and guardians regarding their childs progress and needs.
