The Data Entry Clerk plays a vital role as an individual contributor within our customer support team. This position involves accurately entering data, managing customer information, and providing essential support related to product inquiries and technical issues. Working with standard office software and specialized CRM systems, the Data Entry Clerk ensures data integrity while assisting in complaint handling and knowledge base maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update customer and product data accurately using CRM and office software
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Maintain and update customer records based on interactions
  • Assist in managing the knowledge base for evolving products and services
  • Document complaint handling and escalate issues when necessary
  • Manage information efficiently to support customer service operations
  • Work collaboratively within the customer support team while managing individual tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in data entry and customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management
