Position Overview:
As a prominent medical group in the United States, we are dedicated to ensuring quality healthcare coverage is available when and where it is most needed. Our team is currently seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to join us for hospital duties in Nashville, Tennessee.
Key Highlights:
- 1099 contractor status
- Emergency Department volume: 40,000-43,000 visits annually
- Patient throughput: 2.5-3 patients per hour
- Electronic Medical Record system: MediTech
- Specialty support available
- 38 hours of physician coverage per week
- Shift schedules: Monday to Friday - 6 AM to 3 PM, 10 AM to 6 PM, 3 PM to 12 AM, 6 PM to 6 AM; Saturday and Sunday - 6 AM to 4 PM, 12 PM to 10 PM, 6 PM to 6 AM
- Advanced Practice Provider coverage: 24 hours
- Shift schedules for APPs: 7 AM to 6 PM, 5 PM to 5 AM
- Active Tennessee medical license required
- No on-call duties

It provides a wide range of acute care services, including cardiology, bariatric surgery, diagnostic imaging, emergency care, orthopedics, spine treatment, rehabilitation, surgical services, and wound care.
