Award winning 25-year-old Southeast Michigan company providing landscape design, construction, installation, and maintenance services is looking for a Landscape Sales and Design Associate.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads and clients quickly
• Design and sell profitable landscape projects
• Sell large maintenance packages and snow removal programs
• Maintain communication and relationships with past and present clients
• Communicate effectively with operations team

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in a related field
• A degree in Horticulture, landscape construction, landscape architecture, or similar is preferred.
• Experience using Dynascape or similar CAD programs.
• Working knowledge of hardscape construction, landscaping, Horticultural practices, and drainage
• Ability to visualize landscape design elements to maximize the aesthetic characteristics of a client's property and desired project
• Knowledge of planting design incorporating regional planting materials
• Strong math aptitude is required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary + commission. Target 1st year earnings is $100k - $120k+
