Our client, a respected leader in the concrete construction industry, is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead and oversee field operations across multiple job sites. Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a safety-first culture by ensuring foremen embrace and uphold company core values and jobsite safety procedures

  • Ensure completion of daily forms, manage PPE compliance, and oversee monthly meetings

  • Coordinate daily site activities and scheduling with project managers and field teams

  • Oversee jobsite progress to ensure all work meets contract requirements and change orders are properly tracked and documented

  • Monitor productivity goals developed from job estimates in collaboration with the scheduler/dispatcher

  • Guide foremen in pre-planning for concrete

  • Interface with general contractors, superintendents, and clients to maintain schedule alignment

  • Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and ensure equipment and vehicle inspections are completed by field teams

  • Report quality issues, field challenges, scheduling concerns, and employee matters to the General Superintendent

  • Train and mentor foremen to improve performance, reduce overtime, and promote team development

  • Assist in hiring and conducting employee performance reviews as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in concrete construction as a foreman or superintendent

  • Concrete Subcontractor background is preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of construction equipment, tools, and concrete placement techniques

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

  • Basic understanding of electronics as it relates to equipment operation and maintenance

  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships, motivate field staff, and manage worksite priorities

  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity


Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $115,000 – $125,000 (depending on experience)
