- Assist in developing and executing in-person marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate events and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to assist in planning and execution of marketing projects.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Support the creation of promotional materials such as brochures and flyers.
- Engage with customers through live in-person campaigns
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new marketing ideas.
- Assist in managing the company’s reputation amongst consumers
- Help maintain marketing calendars and timelines for various projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Gather feedback from clients and team members to improve marketing initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative mindset with a passion for social interaction.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship experience in marketing or related field preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated engagement in extracurricular activities or leadership roles.
