Job DescriptionStep into the pressroom
Picture this: you arrive at our Brooklyn Park, MN facility, review the job ticket, load materials, and dial in registration on a narrow-web flexo press. You fine-tune tension, color, and die-cut, keeping a sharp eye on detail while the press hums along. You might be running Mark Andy, Symjet, or MPS equipment—each shift, a new opportunity to produce pristine labels and packaging that meet exacting standards.
Core responsibilities
- Prepare, set up, and operate narrow-web flexographic presses to achieve top-tier print quality.
- Continuously monitor run conditions, making adjustments to maintain speed, quality, and consistency.
- Perform routine care, cleaning, and troubleshooting to keep equipment in prime condition.
- Partner with teammates across production to hit deadlines and daily output goals.
- Accurately document run parameters, materials used, and production counts; escalate issues as needed.
- Work safely and uphold quality procedures and regulatory requirements throughout every job.
Where and when you will work
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
- 2nd shift: Mon-Fri, 2p-10p
- 3rd shift: Sun-Thu, 10p-6a
- 4-crew: 12-hour shift that rotates every 13 weeks from front of week to back of week.
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing is a plus.
- Hands-on experience operating narrow-web flexo presses (or a closely related press role).
- Solid understanding of flexographic processes, materials, and press systems.
- Mechanical aptitude to diagnose issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Keen attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
- Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
