  • $75k - $90k per year - based on experience
  • Full Time – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • 9 Paid Holidays

Bennett Heat Treating and Brazing Co., Inc. is a family-owned heat treatment and brazing provider with more than 100 years of experience supplying customers within the Aerospace & Defense industries.

We have been growing at an aggressive pace and are looking to grow our team! Our Ivyland, PA facility is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join us. The primary responsibilities for this position include: new product program management, generating quotes per customer requirements, developing and drafting production processes, working to improve general shop safety and efficiency, implementing new or unutilized assets to aid in capacity improvement projects, and assisting in troubleshooting and identifying operational best practices.

  • This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager


Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities:

  • 5+ years of Manufacturing and Quality experience (AS9100 a plus).
  • Degree in Metallurgy, Material Science, or Engineering preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to recognize, develop, implement continuous improvement projects.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Experience in pyrometry is a plus.
  • Must be able to read and understand engineering prints/technical drawings.
  • Attention to detail, critical thinker, problem-solving skills.
  • Adequate math and analytical skills.
  • Team player / ability to work well in a team environment.
