Customer Service Representative
PrideStaff is seeking top notch Customer Service Reps for our clients located from Boca to Jupiter.
In this Customer Service role, you will be using your excellent customer service and follow-up skills to perform the following:
- Answer phones
- Schedule the fulfillment of products in the system
- Coordinate pick up and delivery of products
- Process payments
- Make outbound calls to confirm details of orders
- Follow up with customers with delivery information
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements for the Customer Service role:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- MS Office
- Positive attitude and great follow up skills
- Detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
