Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated infant/toddler teachers to join our educational team. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the developmental needs of each child.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, social skills, and emotional growth.
- Educate children through play-based learning, ensuring that each child is actively engaged in their own learning process.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a positive and respectful environment conducive to learning.
- Provide individualized support to children with special needs, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible.
- Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and communicate findings with parents and guardians.
Qualifications
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in childcare or working with young children is essential.
- Strong skills in lesson planning and classroom management.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus.
- Ability to provide tutoring support in literacy education as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.
