Position Overview
We are seeking a responsible and diligent Truck Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for safe and timely pick-ups and deliveries, maintaining company vehicles, and supporting customers during unloading at delivery sites. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and takes pride in representing our company professionally in the field.
Key Responsibilities
· Safely operate company trucks for local and regional deliveries
· Complete scheduled pick-ups and deliveries accurately and on time
· Assist customers with unloading products at delivery locations
· Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transport
· Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
· Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned truck
· Report maintenance issues promptly
· Keep accurate delivery logs and required documentation
· Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
· Communicate effectively with warehouse and operations team regarding schedules and issues
Qualifications
· Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred if applicable to vehicle class)
· Clean driving record
· Previous delivery or commercial driving experience preferred
· Ability to lift and move heavy items (50–75 lbs or more, depending on product)
· Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
· Professional demeanor when interacting with customers
· Ability to work independently and follow directions
Work Schedule & Flexibility
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), typically Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Due to traffic conditions, route planning, delivery volume, or operational needs, start and end times may occasionally be adjusted. Candidates should be comfortable with reasonable schedule flexibility when needed to ensure timely and professional service.
