Location: Lakeway, TX (Hybrid – In Office Monday–Wednesday, Remote Thursday–Friday)

Pay: $55,000 – $60,000 annually (based on experience)

This is a newly created position designed to support continued expansion and improve internal HR operations. Job Description:
The HRIS & Onboarding Specialist will oversee the setup, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s HR system while managing the full onboarding and offboarding lifecycle for both employees and contractors. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related systems and documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and contractors.
- Maintain accurate employee and contractor data within the HRIS platform and regularly audit records for compliance.
- Create and update digital HR documents and forms to standardize internal processes.
- Develop and enhance automated workflows that support HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline communication and documentation processes.
- Provide guidance and support to staff regarding HR policies, records, and system navigation.
- Assist with reporting and data verification for audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or onboarding.
- Experience with HRIS platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as part of a small HR team.
