💵 $60/hour | OT x1.5 | 13-week contract

✅ Requirements

• Active RN license (Compact accepted)

• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC

• Previous Charge Nurse experience required

• Experience in swing/intermediate patients helpful

• Willingness to precept/orient new staff

• Lead and support ER nursing staff during shifts

• Manage patient flow and ensure best practices in emergency care

• Provide direct patient care in the ER and swing/intermediate unit

• Collaborate with providers and hospital leadership

• Mentor and orient newer nurses when needed
