Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and others.

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising (PPC) campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness and performance.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.

  • Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging digital content aligned with marketing objectives.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates to recommend improvements and innovations.

  • Support SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).

  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to make decisions.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
